Sara’s favorite olive oil! Pasolivo is made in Paso Robles, CA, an up and coming region for wine makers and growers because of its soil and climate. But Paso Robles is no Napa Valley; most of its producers make small-batches for small-scale distribution. But, the Pasolivo olive oils, for example, are anything but small when it comes to flavor and quality. This is an olive oil that actually adds to the flavor of your food, rather than masking it, or just making it greasy.
